The Footprints premises is surrounded by an electric fence and security beams and offers 24/7 on-call security services.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

You may smoke outside only in designated areas, and please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.

Unauthorized events may lead to immediate cancellation without a refund.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Day visitors (guests joining people booked in but who are not staying over) will be charged an additional amount of R200 per person.

Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment.

Rooms are serviced in the morning.

Room servicing is subject to access. If access to the rooms cannot be obtained, the rooms will not be serviced.

Sauna facilities available at an additional cost.

Charged per hour or part thereof.

Use subject to availability and load shedding.

Firewood and firelighters are available at an additional cost.
